We serve men returning from incarceration through mentoring, discipleship, and real‑world support that grows integrity and emotional maturity.

Program
High‑touch training plus rapid job placement.
- Cohorts of 6 · trained staff & skilled volunteers.
- Content mix: soft skills, workplace basics, life basics.
- Core content: character and identity in Christ, communication, teamwork, time and money stewardship.
- Job readiness: workplace expectations, digital basics, and practice interviews.
- Mentoring: one‑on‑one coaching and peer support within a small cohort.
- Scale plan: 6 participants in 2025, 60 in 2026, expansion in 2027+.

Three ways to help the mission
Volunteers
Mentor, teach, counsel, provide admin help, resume support, fundraising, transportation, and lead devotionals. Daily, weekly, or monthly opportunities.
Financial support
Your gifts fund space, insurance, job training, and discipleship. Need: $30,000 to fully launch the program.
