Our 26-week program blends evidence-based workforce training with Christ-centered discipleship, producing measurable transformation in both employment and character.

Faith + Work Integration: Every session links biblical truth to real-world work readiness.
Comprehensive Training: Men master communication, conflict resolution, budgeting, and digital literacy—core predictors of job success.
Personalized Mentoring: Weekly one-on-one sessions build accountability, confidence, and spiritual maturity.

Proven Approach: Modeled after high-impact reentry programs shown to reduce recidivism and increase employment.
Scalable Model: Piloting with 6 men;72 men annually by 2027.

Volunteers

Mentor, teach, counsel, provide admin help, resume support, fundraising, transportation, and lead devotionals. Daily, weekly, or monthly opportunities.

Financial support

Your gifts fund space, insurance, job training, and discipleship. Need: $30,000 to fully launch the program.
