EzerWorks is a Christ-centered nonprofit dedicated to restoring men emerging from incarceration through mentoring, discipleship, and workforce preparation. Our work helps men rebuild their lives with integrity, stability, and purpose while strengthening families and communities.
Mission
To restore men emerging from incarceration through mentoring and real-world support—preparing them to be job-ready men of character, walking with Christ in freedom, and living with integrity and emotional maturity.
Vision
A world where no man is defined by his past, but is embraced as a new creation in Christ—where the old has truly passed away and the new has come (2 Corinthians 5:17).
What We Do
Men leaving incarceration often face enormous barriers—limited job opportunities, lack of support networks, and the stigma of their past. Without meaningful support, many return to the same cycles that led to incarceration.
EzerWorks exists to change that trajectory by combining mentoring, practical workforce training, and Christ-centered discipleship—structured as a coordinated system and informed by analysis of evaluated reentry programs and evidence on what produces sustained outcomes.
